It's an extensible plugin-based Windows application used to manage, configure, and customize Dynamics 365. The Web Resource Manager plugin helps write, deploy, and publish web resources with a few shortcuts to speed up your work. Developers quickly get into the habit of pressing Ctrl + S and Ctrl + U to save, push, and publish their customizations. Additionally, the Web Resource Manager allows the persistence of web resources to disk, giving the developers the choice of using a separate editor, such as Sublime or Visual Studio, to do the meaty development.
