Ⅲ On-site Inspections by OPCW
By the end of December 2015, China received a total of 429 OPCW inspections, of which 100 were related to JACW. These inspections testified that China had strictly fulfilled its obligations under the CWC.

China was inspected by OPCW for 36 times in 2015. 7 were for facilities related to S2 controlled chemicals(in 1 inspection, on-site sampling and analysis were done),11 for S3 controlled chemicals,9 for S4 controlled chemicals and 9 for JACW.

During these inspections, governments at both central and local levels together with inspected facilities provided positive cooperation and well-arranged logistics to ensure smooth inspection. In particular, despite of all difficulties, Chinese implementing authorities at all levels successfully received 5 consecutive inspections in 2015, enabling OPCW to greatly lower down its expenditure.
