茶叶分量的控制
根据茶叶大小不同
茶叶有大、中、小叶不同种类,大叶的茶类投茶量较多,而小叶的茶类投茶量较少。因为若是茶叶的叶片较大,投入壶中看起来虽然很多,但实际占有的空间却很小。相反若是茶叶的叶片较小,投入壶中看上去很空,但是其密度却不小,注水后浓度会变得很高,容易出现苦涩味。

白茶寿眉因叶片较大,所以起码应放1/3壶,茶味才比较合理。

香片茶因为茶叶细小,所以放1/6为佳。
一般冲泡法投茶量
一般情况下,冲泡茶叶的基本标准有如下几种:
绿茶:碧螺春等叶片小,置茶量一般为1/6~1/5壶;六安瓜片等叶片大,要占1/3壶。

特殊冲泡法投茶量
某些特殊的冲泡方法,投茶量跟一般情况不同。比如潮州功夫茶的投茶量有自己的标准,浓饮者需投入3/4壶,淡饮者也不能少于1/2壶的投茶量。
